At 1STOPLighting, we value all of our customer feedback. It's very important to us that we provide as much information to our customers as possible, and by partnering with Power Reviews, we are able to provide peer to peer feedback. Wether it be positive or unsatisfied, we want to know so that every individual that shops with us gets the full story on all of our products. We take feedback very seriously, and if a product has any issues, we want to help the manufacturer resolve those to ensure all products are of the highest quality.



Power Reviews provide a verified status to customers reviewing products. You can be assured that the person writing the review was either verified as a direct buyer from 1STOPLighting.com, or is a verified reviewer through Power Reviews when they show the Verified emblem. Please find details below on the different statuses.

•   A Verified Buyer is an individual who has purchased the reviewed product through us and submitted their review through a specific process that tracks purchase history. This designation is intended to clearly identify those members of our community who are submitting reviews of products that they own.
  
  
•   A Verified Reviewer is an individual who has confirmed their email address through our verification process. This designation is intended to clearly identify those members of our community who are submitting reviews using their real email addresses.
  
  
• If a review appears without one of the verified statuses above, it is not known if the customer purchased through 1STOPLighting, or if they actually own the item. They were not verified by Power Reviews.
